When a homeowner contacts us from your market, we refer them to you. You work the lead — whether that means helping them sell, facilitating a short sale, or connecting them with the right resources. It is a simple, transparent referral model built on trust and mutual benefit.
25% Referral Fee
The referral fee is 25% of the gross commission on closed transactions. This is a standard industry referral fee — no hidden costs, no surprises.
Pre-Qualified Leads
Every lead we refer has already reached out for help. These are homeowners who have taken the first step and are looking for a professional to guide them. No cold calling required.
Your Market, Your Leads
You receive leads only from your geographic area. We match homeowners with agents who know their local market, court system, and community resources.
No Upfront Cost
There is no fee to join the network. No monthly subscription. No minimum volume requirement. You only pay the referral fee when a transaction closes.
